CALCIUM is an important naturally occuring mineral for your body to function normally.

Treatment is to add calcium to your diet through careful meal planning, calcium mineral tablets, vitamin D, or bone calcium stabilizers drugs such as Fosamax.

The US RDA for calcium is 1000 mg per day.
